NIM CERN / CE crate series

The CE conform NIM crate series combines modularity according to the CERN standard with improved safety features to guarantee conformity to CE60950 and UL1950 by separating the AC mains wiring. The NIM crates are outfitted with linear regulated, low noise plug-in power supplies in the 300W ... 600W DC power range. All power supplies are conform to the CERN specifications and provide protection against short circuit, over / undervoltage and over temperature.and provide protection against short circuit, over / undervoltage and over temperature.

UEN 01 / 03 NIM Bins

7U bin UEN 01 for 12 NIM slots with fan tray space

UEN 01 HC 12 with special noise filter for use in combination with CS 236 power supply

5U bin UEN 03 without fan tray space

12 wired NIM connectors with long life - high quality massive, gold plated contacts

CERN compatible bin mechanics and wiring

plug-in to the rear of the NIM bin for easy exchange
power supplies are equipped with status control and CERN-spec. monitoring output (PG28).
