MARATON power supply system for moderate HE

 

For installation in a moderate hostile environment an eight channel version with CANbus monitoring and control interface is available and voltages, currents, temperatures and output power are controlled by the internal processor and illegal modes as well as failure will be detected.

Dynamic behavior adjustable by internal jumper (long-short sensed distances to loads).  .

Values for air cooled units are valid for new ones. Abrasive dust, corrosion, etc. can limiting the heat  transfer to the cooling air over the lifetime. Higher operating temperature is the consequence.

Increasing of internal temperatur at the most critical point of 10°C will reduce the MTBF by 50%.   Lower operation temperartures will increase the MTBF acordingly, independent of cooling medium.
